You pay one all-in monthly price, and you see it before you pay. It covers your plan, the design and your own secure server, and in India it includes GST. Each design shows its own monthly total for your country.

It is a private computer in a data centre that runs only your website. It keeps your site fast and your data yours. It is part of the price.

Prices are set per country. The price is locked to the country you visit from for the whole checkout: entering a billing address in another country never changes the amount or the currency. Your invoice follows your billing country.

Yes. Keynate is available worldwide: you can launch from more than 240 countries and regions. You pay in Indian rupees (₹) in India and in US dollars ($) everywhere else, through Razorpay, with PayPal as a backup. The only exceptions are a few comprehensively sanctioned places (Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria), where the law and our payment providers do not allow us to sell.

You pay online through Razorpay, our payment partner. Before each renewal we email you an invoice with the amount, the due date and a pay link.

Yes. Paid extras (add-ons) can be added to your site at any time, on any plan. Features already in your plan show as included.

Yes. Media storage for your images and files is set up automatically when your site launches and works today, on your own server. Email sending for sign-in codes, receipts and notifications is included too, and is rolling out: we are switching it on. Each plan includes a monthly allowance (Pro: 5 GB of media and 2,000 emails; Pro Ultra: 20 GB and 10,000; Pro Ultra Max: 50 GB and 30,000), and you can see what you have used in My sites, under Usage.

Yes. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal. Your site keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for.

You get a full refund, automatically. If we cannot set up your site, you do not pay for it.

A billing period that has already started is not refunded, and unused days are not pro-rated. If you were charged for a renewal after you cancelled, or charged twice by mistake, write to us and we refund the extra charge.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually arrive in 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take longer to show it.

Yes, if you want them. Android and iPhone apps are optional, each with its own monthly price, and you choose them when you buy or add them later. Your website is always included.

Yes. Your apps are published under your own developer accounts, so they belong to you. Google and Apple charge their own developer fees for those accounts.

Connect your own Google Play and App Store accounts once. Your AI assistant guides you through the store forms with the answers already filled in. One-tap publishing of the app and every later version is rolling out now. The stores review each app, and they decide when it goes live.

Yes. Your app uses the same design, name and stories as your website, so readers get one brand everywhere.

Almost everything. Just say what you want, like “make the header dark blue” or “add a Sports menu”. Your AI assistant can change the look, colours, fonts and layout, pages and banners, menus and wording, your dashboard, staff roles, automations, newsletters, SEO fixes and your app’s colours and tabs. Every change shows in one Changes list and has Undo. Anything risky, like code, sending to readers or changing roles, waits for your tap and a fresh sign-in. The AI never touches payments, passwords or keys, and it never unlocks a paid feature. It runs on your own server, today’s standard 8 GB size.

No. It’s free: connect a free OpenRouter account once (no card needed) and free models are picked for you. For faster or better answers, add credit to that OpenRouter account and pay that provider directly. Keynate doesn’t sell AI credits, and your plan doesn’t depend on them.

Yes. AI headline, summary and SEO suggestions inside the editor are a paid add-on, and you choose what to keep. AI can also draft translations into 53 languages, and a person reviews them before they go live.

AI Autopilot is a paid add-on. It lets AI write and publish stories for you, with optional auto-approval, so you can check every story first if you prefer. Without it, AI writing stays a draft until a person publishes it. Sensitive topics are always held for your approval.

You do. Your web address, your own server and your data. Your site runs on a server used only by your business, not a shared platform.

No. We offer updates, but nothing changes until you say yes. Your own changes, including the ones made by your AI assistant, are kept. If an update fails its health check, it rolls back by itself. You can also undo any change later.

Yes. You can export your content from your site’s admin at any time.

Your site keeps running until the end of the period you paid for. Then it becomes read-only and goes offline when its server is removed. We keep an encrypted final backup for 60 days so you can come back, then we delete it.

No one can promise that, and we do not. Your site has a Google-News-ready structure and loads fast. Google decides about approval. Earnings depend on your work.
