Delivery Policy

This policy applies to services sold by KEYNATE PRIVATE LIMITED (“Keynate”) on keynate.com.

What we deliver

Keynate is a digital service: the software for your website (and your apps, if you add them) plus your own secure server, set up for you online. Nothing is shipped physically. There is no courier, no parcel and no delivery address.

When it is delivered

Delivery means your website is live online. This usually happens within minutes after your payment. You can watch every step in My sites, and we email you when your site is ready.
Sometimes setup takes longer, for example when the server provider is slow. We keep trying automatically and email you if it is taking longer than usual.
If setup fails and your site cannot be delivered, you get a full automatic refund. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
If you add apps and app store publishing is switched on for your site, apps are delivered to your own Google Play and App Store accounts after a one-time setup. The stores review each app, which takes the time Apple and Google need.

Connecting your web address (domain)

Your site works straight away on a free address. To use your own web address (like yournews.com):

Open My sites, choose your site, then Domain.
Type your web address. We show you two settings to copy into your domain account (where you bought the domain).
Save them there. We check automatically and email you when your address is connected. The secure lock is set up for you. This often takes a few minutes and can take up to 48 hours, depending on your domain company.

How to get help

Most site problems can be fixed right away by asking your AI assistant in your site’s admin. Guides are on support.keynate.com. For anything else, raise a ticket or email [email protected]. We reply within 24–48 hours.
